To ensure the best experience for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

Booking Deposit & Policy: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you need to make changes, please provide at least 48 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. Cancellations or changes made within the 48 hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Furthermore, if you wish to book again after a late cancellation, you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

Punctuality is Key: Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can dedicate the full time to your treatment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, a £10 fee will be applied. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled automatically and the deposit will be non refundable.

Patch Test: For your safety and peace of mind, please note that a patch test must be completed a minimum of 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This step is mandatory to protect your skin and eyes.

Ready for Treatment: Please arrive with your lashes and brows clean and free of makeup. This ensures we can get started right away!

A Calm Space: I aim to keep my workspace a peaceful environment. Please plan to arrive alone unless you have arranged for an extra guest with me in advance.

Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your service. I accept the exact cash amount or payment via bank transfer.
